Ideally- I mostly specialize now in women’s issues of postpartum/hormones, infertility, advocating for your physical & mental needs, spirituality, parenting, relationships, & chronic illnesses. I feel I have come into my own serving this community with a new passion & empathy.
I have a BA in psychology from MUW & a MS in clinical mental health counseling from MSU. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in MS. I have also recently attained a telehealth certification for MS clients for accessibility. I have done mission work with addictions, homelessness, women’s issues, chronic health issues, & fertility issues.
I do my best to equip my clients to develop boundaries, assertiveness, advocation for themselves, and closure so that they may learn these tools in therapy & apply them in their every day lives. My goal is to make you self sufficient and realize you always had it in you to do these things. You may have just needed someone to listen to you first. Thats me!
