Client's who are struggling with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, interpersonal struggles, adjustment difficulties, addictions, grief and loss, and trauma are well-served by my experience and skill set.
I have extensive experience providing individual/group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches are very effective for treating BPD, depression, anxiety, addiction and other disorders. I also have 16 years experience treating trauma, mood, behavioral, and addictive disorders using an integrative approach.
I look forward to getting to deeply know and understand each individual who entrusts me to walk their path with them. I pride myself on building a relationship of mutual respect, understanding, compassion and validation. I strive to bring balance between meeting the individual where they are while also gently guiding them further along their own path.
