I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who came to this work in midlife, bringing years of experience as an athlete, entrepreneur, business owner, parent, and partner. These experiences help me understand people’s challenges and meet clients with warmth, practicality, and a focus on their strengths. My approach is collaborative and compassion-based, drawing from ACT, somatic work, and trauma-informed care to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, ADHD, grief, relationship patterns, family-of-origin trauma, and the feeling of being “stuck” or overwhelmed by expectations. I also support clients struggling with self-esteem and body image concerns as part of broader emotional or identity challenges.
