At Adventure Works, I support clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, & family stress. Whether we're on a trail, in a natural setting, or using creative art therapy techniques, I create opportunities for clients to build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and develop a deeper connection to themselves.
