I am currently taking new patients. I am a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor at Brigham and Women's Hospital / Harvard Medical School. In my private practice, I work with clients on relationship/intimacy concerns, anxiety, stress, depression and PTSD. I utilize evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).
My focus is on helping you see clearly how thought and behavior patterns in your life interfere with being the best version of yourself. We will work together to identify interfering patterns and implement a change plan to improve your relationship or your own sense of self-realization.
I do not take insurance and fees are $275/session for individuals and $300/session for couples. I can provide invoices for you to submit to your insurance company.
