I specialize in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, and general life stressors. My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy.
I am passionate about providing ethical, culturally responsive care and value collaboration as a core part of the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy as a partnership, where clients are the experts on their own lives and I serve as a supportive guide. I am especially mindful of clients who may feel hesitant about therapy or unsure whether it will help.
