My experience and passion is rooted in many years of social work and counseling working with substance use disorders, eating disorders and women's trauma. I have intimate expertise navigating the complex changes and issues women endure as they mature and work with all genders. While I do not work with children, I can help you with the challenges we all face as parents.
Through the lens of our shared humanity, I can help you walk through your life with more confidence and purpose.
