I am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) with more than two years of experience working with children, adults, and families who seek help coping with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University. My approach is collaborative and interactive, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and draw upon a multi-modality approach, incorporating psychodynamic, reality therapy, and solutions-focused techniques.
