I work with people ages 10 and up and have a special interest in supporting those who have been in relationship with people who have narcissistic traits; additionally, I am trained in EMDR. I enjoy exploring tendencies like overthinking and perfectionism, as reworking those patterns can be game-changing.
I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2023. I am also a professional violinist; I have a deep understanding around the pressures of an intense job and pursuing a 2nd career, as well as the unique challenges musicians face. I will support you in self-understanding, skill-building, and healing.
Clients teach me so much about the world and inspire me to look beyond my own experience. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and am committed to maintaining a safe space for you to share what makes you uniquely you.
