She received her bachelor’s degree in general psychology from Fort Lewis College and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. Jessica has a passion for working with individuals who are suffering from numerous mental health concerns including grief and loss, LQBTQ+, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and past/current traumas.
Jessica uses a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, REBT, ACT, and EFT to help clients work on challenging their irrational thoughts while accepting and understanding their feelings and personal growth.
Jessica’s goal is to hold a safe and comfortable space for all her clients who are ready to go on this therapeutic journey. In her free time, Jessica loves to spend time mountain biking, skiing, rock climbing, and learning more about current approaches to best assist her clients.
