My main passion in the counseling field is relationships. It is my belief that relationships are the foundation of life. We have relationships not only with others, but with ourselves, our higher power, and the world around us. Often times, when our relationships are suffering, we are suffering. It is my goal to help you identify which relationship needs healing and to set goals to find that healing to help bring wholeness to your life.
I have been working in the mental health field for the last 6 years. I have spent the majority of that time working with individuals and groups struggling with addiction and personal relationship issues, including parenting. My therapy style is Cognitive behavioral Therapy and I include spiritual aspects when desired.
