Hi there! My name is Jessica, and I am a Resident in Counseling with Ivy Road Center for Psychotherapy. I have a background working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, college-age individuals, young children, and couples. I can support adults in managing anxiety or depression, guide college students through academic and personal stressors, assist children through play-therapy, and help foster meaningful connections in couples. At each session, I strive to bring empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of human behavior.

My approach is rooted in humanistic-mindfulness principles, which means that I prioritize the unique experiences, values, and goals of each individual. I believe in empowering my clients to tap into their own inner resources and strengths. As well as, fostering self-acceptance and self-compassion, while cultivating present-moment awareness to reduce stress.

With a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe that every person has the ability to grow and heal, and I am committed to supporting them on their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.
