Hey there! I'm Jessica and I am a licensed professional counselor. I've been seeing individuals for counseling for 8 years. I have worked in community mental health, as well as in a hospital setting. I find that everyone that I work with has the innate ability to grow and make progress towards their goals, big or small. I primarily work with adults but I have worked with adolescents and children as young as 6 years old. I like to get to know my clients' to better help them meet their goals.
I provide a safe and comfortable environment for individuals to talk about their feelings like they never have before. If you are feeling hesitant about coming to counseling or if this is your first time, know that I strive to be kind, sincere, down-to-earth, nonjudgmental and will be the support that you may need.
Since counseling is an individualized process, I will provide a broad approach that meets your needs with input from you about your own goals. I value the therapeutic relationship and believe in its' ability to help you grow on your own and meet those goals.
