As a trauma-focused therapist and healer I work from a holistic approach to integrate mind, body and spirit with my clients. I believe that we are all living out of our perspective of our story and with each new day comes the opportunity to understand and develop that story more. I deeply understand the need for attachment with ourselves and others, so I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients and help them gain insight into their stories. I work with adults, children, teens and couples to help them with a variety of issues based on trust and connection. I work with deep trauma and personality disorders (DID, BPD, etc).
As a trauma specialist I use EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Somatic, Ketamine Therapy, Hypnosis, Psychodrama, Narrative therapy, IFS & EFT therapy. I work with clients who struggle with depression/anxiety, betrayal, body issues, attachment, identity, grief, sexuality etc. I also have training in educational & therapeutic settings with children and teens.
I believe in holistic treatment for mind, body and soul. I love to assist clients with their mental health as well as their spiritual journeys offering such integration as desired. As the owner of Lost and Found Counseling I also clinically supervise a team of several other therapists with different specialties so referrals are offered.
