I specialize in bereavement, grief, loss, Intimate partner betrayal, and unhealthy relationships. The process of adapting to a traumatic loss can dramatically change from person to person, depending on your background and experiences, we will bring clarity to your process and the events that feel unresolved and work through current and past relationship struggles. I will help you explore and identify your internal strengths and obtain internal stability. I enjoy working with people seeking ways to adapt, thrive, and create meaning within themselves. My goal is to help you feel hopeful and construct meaning in living with loss.
I practice psychotherapy from a relational psychodynamic perspective which means fostering a meaningful and safe relationship to uncover, explore, and identify internal strength, and stability. This also means increasing awareness of how lifelong patterns help or hinder how we function in relationships and navigate the world.
I am honored to speak with you and determine if we are good fit based on your needs and goals. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. My guiding ethical principles: Your confidentiality is the utmost of importance. Creating a safe space to be genuine and authentic in your experience will be my priority.
