I provide in-person and online counseling in Arizona and online counseling in Washington state.
I have a desire to create a solution focused and person centered natural and holistic approach to therapy. I am dedicated to developing meaningful partnerships with individuals and families in order to provide a personalized journey towards emotional wellness. Additionally, I am a proud ally to the LGBTQ+ community and offer Gender Affirming Surgery (transition surgery) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) evaluation and letter writing services, following the WPath standards of care and using the Gender ASSET evaluation tool.
I am person centered and I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including DBT, CBT, EMDR, ART, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Comprehensive Energy Psychology and Trauma Informed Care among other modalities. I am a member of Postpartum Support International and am trained in Perinatal and Postpartum Metal Health concerns and treatments.
Counseling and assisting clients with reaching goals and building a desired life is my passion. I strive to meet the needs of each individual client by taking the time to understand them and meet them where they are. I work with the client to tailor treatment interventions and modalities to meet their individualized goals and needs.
