In therapy we tune into the body’s wisdom, foster acceptance of our present selves, and reshape narratives of our past.
My specialties include working with clients on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQI+ concerns as well as perinatal mental health. I draw on a variety of approaches including Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy and mindfulness based therapies.
