I have been serving adults and couples in the Round Rock/Austin area for over 15 years. My passion is working with adults with various different presenting issues, including loss and grief, marriage/relationship concerns, and trauma. It is my belief that a sound therapeutic relationship is a foundation for healing and I seek to provide that for all of my clients. Through this therapeutic relationship, and through a variety of treatment modalities including Object-Relations, Psychoanalytic, and Internal Family Systems, I strive to assist my clients in finding solutions to their concerns that work for their unique situations.
Our sessions can help you grieve loss; help you learn new coping methods or adaptive behaviors; allow you to re-process trauma; teach you new communication & relational skills; or give you the space and feedback necessary to work through difficult life events. My goal is to provide an open and non-judgemental platform that will benefit your healing process.
