Hello! If you're feeling stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by your emotions, or disconnected from who you are, therapy can help you begin to heal. Healing from trauma comes from the "body up", you can't just "think" your way out of it. I specialize in working with adults navigating complex PTSD—including childhood trauma, religious trauma, and recent events. I also provide solution focused therapy for individuals looking to use their EAPs to address concerns on a short term basis, typically in 3-6 sessions. You can learn to change those negative thoughts about yourself, therefore changing how you feel and your behaviors.
I’m committed to growing as a trauma therapist so I can offer each client thoughtful, personalized care. I regularly attend advanced trainings and stay current with research to integrate approaches that meet you where you are—supporting healing that feels safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs.
