Therapy is about personal connection, and my first goal is always to provide a safe, comfortable environment for you. Life transitions can be difficult and lead to an array of emotions; ultimately impacting your mental health. Whether you are struggling with feelings of anger, sadness, stress, worry, confusion or a particular life change, it can be helpful to obtain services from a mental health professional, and that's why I'm here!
