A typical therapy session can vary from talk therapy, DBT, building mindfulness skills, CBT or meditation. We will work together throughout services to build a stable foundation and supportive environment. I gain my experience from working with individuals with substance abuse, chronic to minor depression & anxiety symptoms, perinatal/postpartum and LGBTQ+.
