Hi, I’m Jessica. I'm an experienced therapist working with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt and are ready to find relief and clarity. My style is calm, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based therapy and trauma-informed care.
I often weave in mindfulness and mind–body awareness to help clients feel more present and at peace. My background spans diverse communities and settings like group private practices, addiction recovery centers, women’s shelters, refugees, BIPOC populations and non-profits. Some modalities I use are: CBT, ACT, SFBT, Somatic, Mindfulness, Narrative, Schema, IFS inspired and Narrative. In addition, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy which can eliminate trauma triggers in as little as one session! A.R.T. is an established, evidence-based technique and uses eye movements, similar to EMDR.
