With the right support, one can overcome these opportunities, and what was an obstacle can become an opportunity for growth. As a gatherer of knowledge, researcher, and growth seeker myself, I find extreme joy in helping others attain a desire to grow into the best version of themselves. I utilize a neurodiversity-affirming strength-based approach in all my therapy.
Different brains are not stigmatized in my office. They are embraced. I have lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic therapist and can help many individuals see how their unique brains see things through a different lens, not a broken one. I have specialized training in autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, substance use, addiction, and trauma.
My clients come from a variety of backgrounds. Many are seeking guidance through suspected diagnoses; others are seeking clarity of diagnosis already given. Many of these individuals are battling past traumas and negative coping mechanisms they have developed along the way. Each one shares a common goal of a desire to grow and understand themselves better.
