I am Jessica Key, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. The most common therapeutic techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I was drawn to a career as a therapist because of my deep interest in understanding human behavior and my desire to help others navigate the challenges of life. From an early age, I was fascinated by the resilience people can show in the face of adversity and wanted to be a part of that journey for others.
