Seeking counseling is a courageous first step toward healing and I am here to help. Therapy is a wonderful way to find support, clarity, hope, and growth. I am constantly amazed by the positive changes that individuals experience in therapy. I enjoy connecting, understanding, and deeply caring about others as I walk alongside them in their journey. I work with individuals and family members affected by addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, shame & guilt, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and trauma.
I believe that each person has a unique set of qualities and abilities that can help them overcome their life's challenges. My goal is to establish a non-judgmental environment where you can find healing and encouragement. I shall approach you with care and respect during the session. I will listen and speak honestly, empathically, and direct when needed.
We will begin our work from wherever you are in your journey. I do not use humiliating tactics to motivate my clients, and the best answer is found when you feel safe and accepted in the therapy room. Please contact me to schedule your 15-minute intake call.
