Hi, I'm Jessica, and I can't wait to meet you. While I work with a range of counseling needs, I'm most passionate about helping clients facing trauma and significant life stressors. It's not uncommon to feel like your life is unraveling during these times — and that feeling alone can be exhausting. I offer a safe, supportive space to process and heal, free of judgment. Together, we'll work to build healthier self-perceptions and stronger relationships, so you can know yourself as peaceful, whole, and safe again. I work with teens, young adults, and adults, with specialized experience in ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. I also support clients through divorce and separation, family conflict, grief, life transitions, ODD, and women's issues. Sessions use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build practical tools for lasting change.
My style is compassionate, interactive, direct, and supportive — I'll meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.
