My primary clinical focus is supporting clients who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives, no matter how big or small. My clients often struggle with self-worth, feel "stuck" in life, and identify as "people pleasers". I have a special interest in childhood trauma, and its impact on anxiety and depression in adulthood.
