Imagine if a miracle took place in your life to change things to be just the way you would want them to be. Many times we think it will take a miracle to see any improvements in our lives. I am no miracle worker, but I do feel that most desired changes are achieveable and I would like the opportunity to help you envision, work towards and finally see what life can be for you. Since I was young, I have always wanted to help people and I got into this field because of this. I feel it is my calling.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work. I have been in the field for 17 years working with individuals of all ages. I have experience helping people cope with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, cognitive concerns, bipolar, anger, OCD, relationship issues and much more.

I am more of a general practitioner. I use cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approaches to help kids, teens and adults improve life issues, mental health concerns, and substance abuse struggles.
