Hello. My name is Jessica Jensen, and I have a passion for helping women work through the difficulties of life. These experiences have a way of weighing us down and making it hard to see a way forward. The truth is reaching out for support creates opportunity for change to occur. I primarily work with women struggling with anxiety, mood issues, relational issues, trauma, grief, significant work/home stressors, women’s issues, and chronic health issues. As we work together there is potential for you to gain greater understanding of yourself and your situation, which will then allow you to begin taking steps to improve your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked in both inpatient/outpatient settings throughout my 10+ years of experience. I use a holistic approach to address your needs (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) and the unique roles you play in daily life. This allows me to tailor evidence-based treatments specifically to you and your goals.
It's my desire to provide you with a non-judgmental and supportive environment to begin dealing with these experiences. I know this process can be a bit overwhelming to get started with.
