I am an LMHC educated at Lesley University with over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I walk beside you as you get back in touch with who you are, your true potential, what you need & deserve as you discover your personal truth, identity and voice. I utilize person-centered CBT, DBT, inner child work, motivational interviewing, psychodynamics, expressive and play therapies, mindfulness and strength-based positive psychology to reduce the symptoms causing distress. I treat individual children age 6 +, adolescents and adults and occassionally will offer group therapy.
I specialize in anxiety and adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, depression, mood disorders, anger management, trauma, co-occurring substance abuse, increasing assertiveness and improving communication techniques. My office is kid-friendly and I can accomodate disabled individuals. Now accepting new clients in Stow, MA location only, as of November 2025.
The first visit will consist of intake paperwork and discussing what you are hoping to gain for yourself or your child in treatment. For minors under 18, I require the parent/guardian(s) to come alone to the first session and accompany the minor to the second visit. Please reach out via email.
