I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, using a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to therapy. I meet each person where they are on their unique journey, offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
My approach is trauma-informed, drawing from modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and sand tray therapy. I also have experience supporting individuals in the foster care and adoption community. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all identities.
