I specialize in treating what I call the Superhero Struggle. I will help you (the superhero) to navigate through the most stressful parts of your individual struggle brought on by vicarious trauma, burn out, lack of work life balance, & poor self-care. This is done by giving clinical, practical, & applicable solutions to banish burnout so you can live life!

Superhero Social Support- Peer Support Groups
Designed to Equip, Empower, and Elevate superheroes. Not a replacement for therapy and is meant to be psychoeducational. Unlike traditional therapy and groups, this is a safe space for superheroes to gather with others giving the opportunity to receive social support from others who get it and have been there, share in the commonality and differences of their experiences, in a place where they finally belong.
