I absolutely love working with people. I have over 5 years of experience working with children ages 3 and up. In my 6 years of practice I have provided services to children, adolescents and their families.
In our first session together I will be completing an intake assessment. We will be expanding on your responses to the initial forms you filled out prior to this appointment. I will go over what you can expect after this appointment and the therapeutic process.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to help decrease problems behaviors and symptoms. My biggest strengths are working with people that are struggling in relationships and with anxious and depressed mood.
