Hello, I'm Jessica Janczyk, owner of Rethink Therapy LLC in Northeastern CT. I've been in the Field for 12 years working with teens and individuals. I've been practicing as a counselor since 2017 and have worked with many populations. I'm passionate about Addiction and Trauma, I'm trained in EMDR but also take a client centered approach.
I am an easygoing and approachable individual, I strive to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can relax and be yourself, knowing that you are understood and respected.
