My counseling approach can be described as "empathetic carefrontation" and utilizes a combination of EMDR, Trauma Focused, Substance Abuse Treatment, Ego State Therapy, CBT/DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Additionally, I provide Moral Reconation Therapy, Anger Management, and guidance through Court related issues.
I specialize in trauma, addiction, and attachment disorders, and can also offer group or individual therapy that focuses on thought processes and trauma responses while working on healing the parts of us that were wounded. I can provide tools for growth and understanding to clients who are ready to walk the path of change towards the life they desire.
