About
My sole purpose as a counselor is to help guide my clients through the struggles that so many of us must learn to navigate. Since each of us walks a unique path in pursuit of happiness and mental health, I believe in working together with clients to find their best answers.
My counseling approach can be described as empathetic carefrontation and utilizes a combination of EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Style Therapy Techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I provide facilitation of Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) in a group setting.
I specialize in trauma, addiction, and attachment disorders, and can also offer group or individual therapy that focuses on thought processes and trauma responses. I can provide tools for healing and growth to clients who are determined to walk the path of change towards the life they desire.
