Jessica Is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, DBT-Prolonged Exposure, Exposure and Response Prevention and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She also incorporates principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and nutritional psychology principles into her practice.
