Offering both in-office and telehealth availability. Each individual has their own unique life experience so I try to tailor my sessions according to their own specific needs. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, but I especially love working with couples and families as they navigate parenting, communication and other relational issues that can come up. I am also passionate about helping couples navigate the multitude of challenges that can come from trying to grow their family including infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression and anxiety.
I’m passionate about the value of relationships and the complexities they bring to life. I I specialize in relational therapy, whether it be couples, parents and children, or any of the other various forms relationships can take.
I believe that obstacles are vital to our individual growth. But some obstacles can feel absolutely crushing and sometimes that pressure or more often, that pain, can seem to be too much to bear on your own. My goal is to create a safe space where you can find the strength to bear the pain you are feeling, mend what is broken, and find healing.
