As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified EMDR Therapist, I offer personalized EMDR Intensive Therapy Packages designed to help you quickly break free from PTSD and trauma symptoms.
With years of experience in trauma-informed care, I take an integrative approach, tailoring each EMDR intensive to your needs. While EMDR is the foundation of my treatment, I also incorporate Polyvagal theory, parts work, mindfulness, CBT and somatic theraoy to support whole-self healing.
