My ideal client is one who is receptive and open for change. Their issues would be only the ones they are ready to address and receive honest help to remedy, their needs would be ones that can be met through tele-therapy and not a higher level of care, and their goals can range from small wins to big victories. My ideal client will want to evolve into a healthier version of themselves so that they will be able to manage issues in the future independently.
I have with experience working with clients in the fields of intensive in-home, mental health skill building, corrections, psychiatric hospitals, in-person therapy, and teletherapy. Welcomed are the stressed, depressed, anxious, and down in mood. It is all temporary and we will work together until you see a better you!
Please expect high-energy, lots of support and encouragement throughout sessions. All ranges of emotion are allowed here...please see this as your safe space to heal and grow!
