I am a neurodivergent provider. I work to provide a safe environment where you can drop the mask you put on for the world and be yourself. Working with clients to help them navigate the world in a way that is comfortable for them and accounts for how their brains work is something I am highly passionate about. I am collaborative with my clients, and work to ensure that both the therapy space and therapeutic process are suited to the needs of each individual I work with.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, LGBTQIA+ informed therapy, and neurodiversity affirmative therapy. I have experience working with autistic folks and ADHDers. I am also an EMDR therapist, and provide this treatment for trauma, anxiety, OCD, and grief.
