As a medically retired Army Sergeant and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I understand the challenges of carrying invisible wounds—whether they stem from trauma, difficult life transitions, or personal struggles. Having faced my own journey of healing, I am passionate about supporting others, including fellow veterans, as they navigate their path to recovery, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to each client’s unique journey.
I specialize in helping individuals process trauma, manage anxiety and stress, and find their footing during major life changes.
