I am a clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of individuals—including adolescents, teens, and older adults—through some of life’s most challenging moments.
I’m especially passionate about helping people navigate transitions. Whether you’re facing a major life change, feeling stuck, or working through a difficult season, my goal is to help you see beyond the hardship and reconnect with your strengths, resilience, and sense of possibility.
In our first session, we’ll take some time to settle in and get to know each other. We’ll go over the assessments you completed and talk through anything that feels important for you to share. From there, we’ll explore your goals—what you’re hoping to work on, what you want life to feel like, and what you’d like to gain from therapy.
I believe the most meaningful work starts exactly where you are. Together, we build from that point—at your pace, with your goals leading the way. I see therapy as a collaborative space for growth, where we explore challenges, uncover strengths, and develop practical coping skills that genuinely support your daily life.
