I am a woman and a queer-identifying therapist specializing in trauma treatment for survivors of sexual assault, emotional manipulation, and mental abuse. My practice is entirely virtual, allowing me to provide accessible and affirming care to clients across Texas. I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. and I tailor my approach to meet their unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method, utilizing an eclectic and contemporary approach.
