Great to meet you! Hey, I'm Jess! I'm glad you're here and look forward to getting to know you and helping you, help yourself! My focus is in OCD, ADHD, support for Autism, and working within the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach to therapy: I'm a firm believer that kindness, compassion, and direct communication are important for growth. My approach to therapy is to help you feel empowered and capable, and ensuring you have the tools to do so. What you can expect from me: Compassion, Openness, and honesty. I want to offer up space for you to be able to ask questions freely at any point, but especially in your first session.

I work with a multitude of modalities in combination with one another to provide an individualized treatment plan that best supports you and your goals, including ERP, mindfulness, DBT skills, and a strength based approach.
