Brainspotting is the center piece of my work. Research shows 3-4 sessions are equivalent to 30-40 talk therapy sessions. In this modality, we have the possibility to release suffering, expand performance, and widen creativity.
Group brainspotting is also available and a wonderful place to rest and restore after disasters and humanitarian crisis.
To be a brainspotting client and clinician is to be mindfully present and notice what is happening moment to moment. Notice how the brain knows what to do and how to do it without using intellect.
