When working with clients I use an integrative approach that combines cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and humanistic forms of therapy. I believe the foundation of growth and healing starts with an empathetic and present therapeutic rapport. I strive to meet my clients where they are and at the same time help facilitate further exploration of self.
My areas of clinical focus include depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and trauma. I have both education and experience in inpatient and outpatient therapy settings which has created the foundation of my integrative care.
