I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, women's issues, body image disturbance, eating disorders, and life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking a stronger sense of self. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills and develop healthier patterns so they can move forward with greater confidence and resilience. I am all about a strengths-based approach with clients.

As a mother, wife, and therapist, I take great pride in serving my community. These roles have reinforced my belief in the power of connection, self-trust, and compassionate support during life's most challenging seasons. Using CBT, DBT, attachment-based, and mindfulness approaches, I offer a collaborative space for growth and meaningful change.
