The need for connection and belonging are at the core of who we are as humans yet most suffering occurs in isolation. The gift of the therapeutic relationship is that it is built during times of distress or when everyday life feels overwhelming. It is within the vulnerability of the therapeutic relationship that I help people find their strength, embrace their imperfections, find connection and fully align with self.
Through the integration of a mind body approach, energy psychology and traditional psychotherapy techniques we address the mind, body and soul. I find treatment more effective when treating the whole person. I am trained in EMDR and EFT both evidence-based treatment modalities.
The most important part of any therapeutic process is in building a strong relationship. How we interact with others and build those relationships is how we create meaning in life.
