I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years of therapy experience. I am passionate about the mental health of individuals struggling with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, depression, and anxiety. I have successfully helped children, families, and adults with adjustment difficulties, traumatic stress exposure, and other concerns that impact their daily functioning.
In addition to providing short and long-term treatment services, I specialize in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy (e.g., EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, PCIT) to youth, families, and adults coping with traumatic stress (e.g., physical and sexual abuse, grief and loss, violence exposure).
