Many of my clients are navigating pregnancy through early parenthood, parenting older children, or other major life transitions. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theories. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage daily life, calm your nervous system, and create space for meaningful change.
I provide a safe, affirming space where you can slow down, tune in, and explore what’s no longer working. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and mom of three, bringing my own lived experience to my work. Therapy with me is a place where you can feel seen, supported, and gently challenged.
